Why we exist
Private markets are difficult to reach.
Private market opportunities can be difficult to access, evaluate and navigate. Information sits with the parties running a transaction, and access usually depends on relationships rather than public listings.
Alwayz Capital exists to provide an introduction layer between sophisticated investors and opportunity providers: a defined point of contact where an investor's criteria are understood first, and relevant opportunities are brought forward second.
Alwayz Capital does not provide investment advice or manage investor capital. Investors remain responsible for their own assessment and investment decisions.

Every conversation starts with the investor: sector focus, geography, structure preferences, allocation size and risk considerations.
Relationship-driven introductions
We work with a limited number of investors and counterparties so that introductions are made on the basis of actual fit.
Initial opportunity review
We conduct an initial review of opportunities before introducing them to our investor network. This is not a substitute for independent due diligence.
Direct counterparty introductions
Investors deal directly with the opportunity provider under that party's own documentation and terms.
Discretion
Opportunity details, investor identities and mandates are handled privately and are not published on this website.
No advice, no asset management
We do not advise on investments, manage capital or hold investor funds.
