- Investor access requests: name, email address, telephone number where provided, investor type, allocation range, sectors and geographies of interest, and any notes you add.
- Opportunity submissions: name, company, email address, telephone number where provided, your role, and the sector, geography, stage, structure, size and description of the opportunity.
- Contact messages: name, email address, company where provided, your role and your message.
We do not ask for financial account details through this website, and we do not accept document uploads.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To assess whether private market opportunities may be relevant to your stated criteria.
- To communicate with you about an introduction, where you have asked us to do so.
- To keep records of the enquiries we receive.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Where you ask us to make an introduction, we share the information necessary for that introduction with the relevant opportunity provider or counterparty. We also use service providers that host this website and store form submissions on our behalf, and they act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and afterwards only where we have a legal or record-keeping reason to do so.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, withdraw consent, or ask for it in a portable form. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
