What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through our forms:

• Investor Access requests: name, email address, telephone number where provided, confirmation that you are UK-based, investor category, eligibility acknowledgements, intended allocation range, sectors of interest and any notes you add.
• Opportunity submissions: name, company, email address, telephone number where provided, your role, and the sector, location, stage, structure, size and description of the opportunity.
• Contact messages: name, email address, company where provided, your role and your message.
• Spam protection: a salted, one-way hash of your IP address, kept for no more than 24 hours to limit repeated automated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.

We do not ask for financial account details through this website and do not accept document uploads. Additional KYC/AML information may be requested separately before an introduction.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to an Investor Access request and assessing eligibility and relevant opportunities — steps taken at your request before entering into any arrangement (pre-contractual processing, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Responding to contact messages and opportunity submissions, keeping business records and protecting the website against abuse — our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• KYC/AML screening and record-keeping — compliance with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)), otherwise our legitimate interests.
• Sharing your details with an opportunity provider — only when you have asked us to make an introduction; where required, we will ask for your consent first (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Opportunity providers — the information necessary for an introduction you have requested. Providers may be located in the UK, the US or elsewhere.
• Lovable — website hosting and delivery (infrastructure provided via Cloudflare).
• Supabase — secure database storage of form submissions, accessible only to authorised Alwayz Capital administrators.
• Google Workspace — business email used to correspond with you.
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate website statistics; no personal data from forms is sent.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, and opportunity providers you ask to be introduced to, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United Kingdom and the United States. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU decision for the United Kingdom or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients) or on Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any supplementary measures that are appropriate. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last correspondence.
• Investor Access requests and opportunity submissions that do not lead to an introduction: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Records relating to an introduction or KYC/AML checks: for the period required by applicable law, typically at least 5 years after the relationship ends.
• Spam-protection hashes: 24 hours.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email contact@alwayzcapital.com and we will respond. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
