Our role
Alwayz Capital is the trading name of Dumitrescoo S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. Alwayz Capital acts as a private-markets investment introducer, is not authorised or regulated by the FCA or ASF, and does not provide investment advice or manage investor capital. Private-market investments involve risk, including loss of capital.
Where we facilitate an introduction, the investor and the opportunity provider contract directly with each other on their own terms. We are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for the conduct, statements or performance of either party.
Alwayz Capital does not:
- provide investment advice or recommendations;
- hold client money or provide custody of any assets;
- execute investments or manage portfolios;
- guarantee returns, outcomes or the availability of any opportunity;
- represent that any opportunity is suitable for any investor.
Fees and remuneration
Investors do not pay Alwayz Capital any fee. Alwayz Capital is remunerated by the opportunity provider following a successful investment, at 5% of the amount invested through the introduction.
This remuneration arrangement may create a potential conflict of interest. Investors should consider this when independently evaluating any opportunity. Remuneration from an opportunity provider does not mean Alwayz Capital has independently endorsed the investment.

Investors do not pay Alwayz Capital any fee. Alwayz Capital is remunerated by the opportunity provider following a successful investment, at 5% of the amount invested through the introduction.

Opportunity providers and investor responsibility
Each opportunity provider is solely responsible for its offering, documentation, statements, due diligence, KYC/AML checks and investment process. Investors are responsible for conducting their own independent assessment, including any legal, tax, financial or other professional due diligence they consider appropriate.
No guarantee of access
Submitting a form on this website does not guarantee access to any opportunity, an introduction, or a response in any particular form.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with the content of this website but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. We may change or withdraw content, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
Third-party information and links
Information about an opportunity generally originates with the relevant counterparty. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party website we link to.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dolj, Romania.
