Private Credit & Short-Term Lending

Private credit and short-duration lending opportunities, where available, structured around defined financing requirements and terms.

Overview

Private Credit & Short-Term Lending opportunities

Short-term lending opportunities arise where a borrower needs financing for a defined period and a specific purpose. Each arrangement sets its own term, security position, documentation and repayment mechanics.

We review the structure, the counterparty and the information made available, and where an investor's criteria align, we introduce the investor directly to the party arranging the facility. Interest, security and repayment are matters between the investor and that counterparty.

Not every lending opportunity will be available to every investor. Availability and structure depend on the opportunity structure, applicable law, investor eligibility, jurisdiction and regulatory requirements. Alwayz Capital does not claim any lending or crowdfunding authorisation.
