Our role

Alwayz Capital introduces investors to private market opportunities and relevant counterparties. We establish an investor's criteria, review opportunities against those criteria and, where there is alignment, facilitate a direct introduction to the relevant opportunity provider.

Alwayz Capital does not:

• provide investment advice or recommendations;
• manage investor funds or hold client assets;
• execute investments on behalf of investors;
• act as a fund, asset manager, broker or portfolio manager;
• guarantee returns or the availability of any opportunity.

Regulatory position

Alwayz Capital / Dumitrescoo S.R.L. is not currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom or the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) in Romania. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim to any authorisation, exemption, tied-agent or appointed-representative status.

The precise regulatory perimeter applicable to any activity depends on the nature, structure and jurisdiction of the relevant activity and is subject to review by qualified legal counsel. Describing our role as an introduction does not by itself determine whether an activity is regulated.

UK investors and opportunity geography

Our investors are based in the United Kingdom. Communications to UK investors are subject to applicable UK financial-promotion requirements and to investor eligibility. This is separate from the location of any opportunity, which may be anywhere in the world, with a particular focus on the UK and the US. The law of the opportunity's jurisdiction may also apply.

Specific investment opportunities are not published on this website. Information about individual opportunities is only provided following the investor access process, and only to investors for whom that information is appropriate.
