How we work
Mandate first. Introductions second.
Three stages, from establishing a UK investor's mandate to a direct introduction with a reviewed opportunity provider.
- 01
Understand
Investor criteria, mandate, sector preferences, allocation considerations, risk profile and time horizon.
- 02
Review
Opportunities are reviewed through our own review and due-diligence process, then assessed against the mandate.
- 03
Introduce
Direct introduction to the opportunity provider where there is alignment and investor interest. The provider runs its own due diligence, KYC/AML and investment process.

Alwayz Capital performs its own review and due-diligence process, covering the areas above where applicable. Our review is our own internal process. It does not guarantee an investment, eliminate investment risk, constitute investment advice or a guarantee of the provider, or replace independent legal, tax or financial advice.
KYC and AML
- Alwayz Capital conducts an initial KYC/AML screening of investors.
- The opportunity provider conducts its own KYC/AML checks before any investment is completed.
- Additional identification or documentation may be requested before an introduction is made.
- Our screening does not replace the opportunity provider's own compliance procedures.
Investor responsibility
Alwayz Capital does not provide investment advice. Investors are responsible for conducting their own independent assessment, including any legal, tax, financial or other professional due diligence they consider appropriate.
Investors transact directly with the opportunity provider, under that party's own documentation and terms. Alwayz Capital does not hold client money, provide custody or execute investments, and is not a party to the investment.
The minimum intended investment ticket is £10,000, subject to the terms and minimum requirements of each opportunity.
Remuneration and conflicts
How we are paid
- Investor fee
- £0
- Opportunity-provider remuneration
- 5% of the amount invested following a successful investment
Investors do not pay Alwayz Capital any fee. Alwayz Capital is remunerated by the opportunity provider following a successful investment, at 5% of the amount invested through the introduction.
Conflict of interest. This remuneration arrangement may create a potential conflict of interest. Investors should consider this when independently evaluating any opportunity. Remuneration from an opportunity provider does not mean Alwayz Capital has independently endorsed the investment.
