- Alwayz Capital is a private markets investment introducer. We establish an investor's criteria, review private market opportunities against those criteria and, where there is alignment, facilitate a direct introduction between the investor and the relevant opportunity provider.
- Does Alwayz Capital provide investment advice?
- No. Alwayz Capital acts as an investment introducer. We review opportunities initially, present potentially relevant opportunities and facilitate introductions. Investors remain responsible for their own investment assessment and decisions.
- How does Alwayz Capital make money?
- Alwayz Capital does not charge investors for access or introductions. We may be remunerated by the relevant opportunity provider or counterparty following a successful investment, under our commercial arrangement with them.
- Do investors pay Alwayz Capital?
- No.
- Who can request investor access?
- Sophisticated investors and the categories described on the Investor Access page, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
- What is the minimum investment?
- Opportunities generally start from £10,000 in the UK and $10,000 in the US, subject to the terms and minimum requirements of each opportunity.
- Are opportunities publicly listed?
- No. Specific investment opportunities are not displayed publicly on the website. Access is handled through the Investor Access process.
- Does submitting Investor Access guarantee an investment opportunity?
- No.
- Does Alwayz Capital hold investor money?
- No.
- Does Alwayz Capital execute investments?
- No. Investments are made directly between the investor and the relevant counterparty.
- Where does Alwayz Capital operate?
- Alwayz Capital is based in Romania and focuses primarily on UK and US private market opportunities while considering opportunities globally.
- Is Alwayz Capital FCA authorised?
