- What does Alwayz Capital do?
- Alwayz Capital is a private-markets investment introducer. We establish a UK investor's criteria, review private-market opportunities through our own review process and, where there is alignment, facilitate a direct introduction between the investor and the opportunity provider.
- Who is Alwayz Capital for?
- UK-based Sophisticated Investors, HNW Individuals, UHNW Individuals, Family Offices and Professional Investors. Investors must complete an eligibility step before requesting access.
- Where are opportunities located?
- Opportunities may be located worldwide, with a particular focus on the United Kingdom and the United States. Our investor base is the United Kingdom.
- Does Alwayz Capital provide investment advice?
- No. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations and we do not represent that any opportunity is suitable for you. Investors remain responsible for their own assessment and decisions.
- Do investors pay Alwayz Capital?
- No. The investor fee is £0.
- How is Alwayz Capital paid?
- Investors do not pay Alwayz Capital any fee. Alwayz Capital is remunerated by the opportunity provider following a successful investment, at 5% of the amount invested through the introduction. This remuneration arrangement may create a potential conflict of interest. Investors should consider this when independently evaluating any opportunity.
- What is the minimum investment?
- The minimum intended ticket is £10,000, subject to the terms and minimum requirements of each opportunity.
- How are opportunities reviewed?
- Where applicable, we review the company, founders, history, financials, legal structure, investment documents, valuation, business model, track record, use of funds, risks, exit strategy, and carry out KYC, AML and background checks. Our review is our own internal process. It does not guarantee an investment, eliminate investment risk, constitute investment advice or a guarantee of the provider, or replace independent legal, tax or financial advice.
- Are opportunities publicly listed?
- No. Specific investment opportunities are not displayed on this website. Access is handled through the Investor Access process.
- Does submitting Investor Access guarantee an opportunity?
- No. Submitting a request does not guarantee an introduction or access to any opportunity.
- Does Alwayz Capital hold investor money or execute investments?
- No. We do not hold client money, provide custody or execute investments. Investments are made directly between the investor and the opportunity provider.
- Is Alwayz Capital regulated?
- Alwayz Capital operates through Dumitrescoo S.R.L., a Romanian company, and is not currently authorised or regulated by the FCA or ASF. Please read the Regulatory Status and Risk Disclosure pages.
